摘要
目的:介绍一线抗结核药物的不良反应,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集国内外近期相关文献,进行综合分析。结果及结论:药物治疗作为控制结核病的主要手段,需要临床医师、药师在应用时充分了解各种抗结核药物的不良反应,根据患者情况合理选择应用,以获得最大的治疗效果且减少不良反应的发生。
OBJECTIVE： To introduce the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） of antituberculous drugs so as to provide refercnccs for the clinical rational use of this kind of drugs. METHODS： Aggregate analysis was conducted by ,revicwing the recent pertinent literatures at home anti abroad. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： As primary treatment means for tubereulosis, different kinds of antituherculous drugs should he used rationally in the clinic. Clinicians and pharmacists should have an intimate knowledge of the ADRs of different kinds of antitulbereulous drugs and use these drugs rationally based on pal icnls＇ condition so as to achieve maximal therapeutical efficacy and reduce ADR incidences.
