摘要
教师的角色转变是当代教育改革的核心问题,而知识转型又是促使教师角色转变的重要因素之一。在新的知识范式下,教师应完成以下角色转变:知识的建构者;行动的反思者和研究者;终身学习者;学生学习的引导者、合作者、促进者。
The change of the role of teacher is the core of modem education reform, and transformation in knowledge is an important factor for this kind of change. To meet the requirements of the canonical form of knowledge, a teacher should be a knowledge builder, a self- examiner and researcher of behaviour, a life- long learner, a guide to students' learning, and a cooperator with and promoter for their learning.
