摘要
随着改革的推进,我国机关事业单位的人事制度改革逐步从计划经济模式向市场经济模式转变。高校打破计划经济体制下“终身雇员”的用人管理模式,引入人事代理或雇员制,可以健全用人机制、降低用人成本、提高管理效益,给高校人事管理制度改革带来积极的意义。
As the reforms continue apace, the reform of the personnel system of government departments and institutions in our country has been transforming from the planned economy to the market economy. Universities begin to adopt the agent of personnel business or the employee system, breaking the employment management mode of "life employer" in the planned economy system. It has a positive significance in the reform of the personnel management system in universities in perfecting the employment system, reducing the employment cost, and improving the benefit of management.
