农村健康信息化保障体系建设

Construction of Rural Health Information Electronic System

本文简要介绍国内外健康信息化发展的背景,中国农村医疗卫生信息化现状和需求,结合张家口农村健康信息化保障体系建设的试点工作,重点讨论农村健康信息化保障体系建设的必要性和可行性。提出结合新型农村合作医疗工作,建立村民健康档案管理系统、网上预约挂号转诊系统和农村远程医学系统,探索利用信息化手段促进农村卫生资源整合和信息共享的新途径。目的是全面提升农村医疗保健水平,解决老白姓看病难和看病贵问题。

This paper briefly introduces the backgrounds of health information electronic system construction in domestic and some developed countries, the existences and demands of health information electronic in rural of China, and emphasizes the requirement and feasibility of this project combined with the sample work at Zhang Jiakou city. Following the task of new-type Corporation of healthcare in rural of China, set up an information system for HER （Health Electronic Record）, register on line and long-distance medicine. Exploring new approach to promote medical resource sharing with information technique. Our goal is improve the healthcare in rural of china and resolve the peasant expensive and difficulty medical problems.
