摘要
目的:通过对12例膝内外翻患儿装配自行设计制作的高温热塑膝踝足矫形器(KAFO)并配戴后膝关节角度变化的分析,探讨高温热塑KAFO矫正儿童佝偻病所致轻、中度膝内外翻的临床效果和可行性。方法:分别为12例膝内外翻的患膝设计定制适合的高温热塑膝矫形器(KAFO),让其每天配戴18dx时以上,且站立行走必须穿戴。随诊1-6个月并测量穿戴前后的股胫角(FTA)和股、胫侧弓角。结果:把股胫角(FTA)和股、胫侧弓角分别进行配戴前与配戴1个月后、3个月后、6个月后的统计分析,显示配戴前与配戴1个月后无统计学意义;配戴前与3个月后、6个月后均有显著的统计学意义。结论:高温热塑膝踝足矫形器(KAFO)对矫治佝偻病所致儿童轻、中度膝内外翻畸形有较好的预防和矫正作用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and feasibility of pyro-thermoplast knee-ankle-foot orthosis(KAFO)on rectifying slight to middle rage genu varum and genu valgum of children rickets,through analyzing the angle change of 12 knee joints after wearing the special-made pyro-thermoplast KAFO. Methods: We designed and specially made pyro-thennoplast KAFOs for 7 patients,12 abnormol knee joints,asked them to wear for at least 18 hours per day even when standing and walking,and executed a 1 to 6 months follow-up,measuring femorotibial angle(FTA),thigh and shank side bow angles before and after the wearing. Results: Femorotibial angle, thigh and shank side bow angles are not different when comparing before wearing and 1 month after, but statistically different between before,3 months after and 6 months after wearing respectively. Conclusion: Pyro-thermoplast KAFO has a great effect on preventing and rectifying slight to middle rage genu varum and genu valgum of children rickets.
