摘要
讨论了车削轴类零件时,不同工艺子系统的特征,以轴类零件安装在两顶尖间车削为例,提出了加工的机电力计算模型、工艺系统及其元件的刚度系数和吸收系数的计算方法。在此基础上进行非对称变形实验,得出了零件加工时子系统刚度系数和吸收系数与循环系数的关系曲线。表明循环变形与刚度系数,与非对称变形循环系数无关,而且刚度吸收系数可以同时测量,大大减少计算量。
This paper focuses on the feature of different technological subsystems of cutting axle. The curve of the coefficient of rigidity of subsystem, the coefficient of absorption and the coefficient of circulation can be gained on the basis of the unsymmetrical experinent The deformity of circulation and the coefficient of rigidity have nothing to do with coefficient of unsymmetrical deformity of circulation. Again the coefficient of rigidity and the coefficient of absorption can be measured at the same time in order to decrease the work lord.
