摘要
科研管理是高校科研活动的重要组成部分,其管理水平的高低,直接影响到高校科研工作的开展。针对当前高校科研管理工作的现状,文章从管理观念转变,激励机制完善,人员素质提高等方面,提出了应对措施。
Scientific Research Management is the most important part in the activities of University＇s scientific research . The level of the management influences the development of University＇s research work directly . In view of the current situation of university＇s research work , this paper has put forward some counter-measures from such respects as the changes of management ideas , perfection of incentive mechanism and improvement of personl qualities.
