摘要
目的 调查宫内节育器（简称IUD）对内分泌激素影响。方法 对健康育龄妇女自愿者进行内分泌检测，按放置IUD与否分IUD组和无IUD组。结果 ①IUD对生理周期内分泌无影响，因此月经周期无改变，差异无显著性，P〉0．05。②IUD组经期稍长于无IUD组．P〈O．05。结论 IUD对内分泌激素无影响；但因IUD对子宫内膜局部的影响，如循环障碍、损伤和炎症使子宫内膜修复延缓，经期稍长。
Objective Investigating into the intrauterine device （IUD） which affects endocrine hormone. Methods Testing endocrine from the volunteers of healthy child - bearing age women according to the group with IUD and the one without IUD. Results ①IUD neither exercises influence on endocrine of physiological cycle nor changes menstrual cycle, nor shows striking difference, P 〉0. 05. ②The menstrual period of the group with IUD lasts a little longer than that of the one without IUD, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion IUD exerts no influence on endocrine; but as IUD affects part of endometrial, such as circulatory disorder, injury and inflammation, it makes the time of endometriat repair extend with the menstrual period a little longer.
