摘要 酒精,化学术语称为乙醇,是酒类饮料中的重要成分,具有脂溶性和水溶性的双向特性,因而易于透过生物膜结构被吸收,进人血流,并易于透过血液与脑神经细胞(神经元)之间的结构(BBB)而影响神经功能,对神经系统的影响因不同剂量和不同个体差异甚大,具有镇静、兴奋、麻痹、致谵妄和昏迷等多重性作用。
