妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A与妊娠关系 被引量：1

摘要 目的确定不同孕周,孕妇其妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A(PAPP-A)的正常参考值,分析PAPP-A水平与不良妊娠的关系。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定孕妇血清PAPP-A浓度,统计各孕周孕妇PAPP-A值,并分组讨论不良妊娠与PAPP-A的关系。结果PAPP-A低值与胎儿核型异常、难免流产、死胎等有关,PAPP-A变值与双胎、子痫前期等有关。结论母体血清PAPP-A的测定值可作为胎儿染色体异常、流产、死胎、子痫前期及双胎妊娠等的辅助诊断指标。
