摘要
在全棉细平布抗皱整理中,采用醚化2D树脂,通过调整催化剂用量,添加甲醛捕捉剂X、强力保护剂Y、柔软剂SM-23等以优化抗皱整理工艺。经试验,其最佳抗皱整理工艺条件为:醚化2D树脂80g/L,甲醛捕捉剂X30g/L,强力保护剂Y25g/L,柔软剂SM-2325g/L,100℃预烘120s,160℃焙烘45s。新工艺的处理效果可达到市场上典型的超低甲醛树脂的应用效果,且抗皱性能优良。
With etherified DMDHEU resin, anti-crease finish process can be optimized by adjusting the dosage of catalyst, adding formaldehyde scavenger X, strength protecting agent Y and softening agent SM-23. The optimum condition of anticrease finishing process is as follows: etherified DMDHEU resin 80 g/L, formaldehyde scavenger X 30 g/L,strength protecting agent Y 25 g/L,softening agent SM-23 2.5 g/L,pre-drying 120 s at 100℃,curing 45 s at 160℃. The result of treated fabric featured good anti-crease property.
