摘要
对直辊布铗丝光机的冲淋、吸液装置进行改造,增添了自动测配碱控制系统。采用双向分流系统分离淡碱液,较好地实现了淡碱循环利用和浓、淡碱双变量自动调配检测,达到了降本增效、降低污水碱度的目的。探讨了运行自动测配碱控制系统和淡碱液分流系统的注意操作事项,提出了改进意见,介绍了工作液碱浓的配平计算。
The rinsing and alkali absorption equipments on clip mercerizing machine were reformed, and the automatic controlling system of alkali measuring and dosing was added. The bi-directional distributing system was used to separate dilute alkali, the recycle and reuse of mercerizing dilute alkali and automatic detection of the double variables of concentrated and diluted alkali were realized. So the less cost and higher efficiency, and decreased alkalinity were reached. In this paper, the points to attention of running the automatic controlling system of alkali measuring and dosing, and distributing system of dilute alkali liquor were discussed.
