摘要
对我国和美国、日本、加拿大、欧盟等在家用纺织品燃烧性方面的技术法规,如美国的织物燃烧法案(FFA)、地毯类产品表面燃烧性标准(16C.F.R1630)、床垫的燃烧性能标准(16C.F.R1632)等,日本的消防法,欧盟的阻燃剂使用法规,加拿大危险品法规,以及我国的GB17591—1998《阻燃机织物》法规等,进行了系统的比较。研究表明,各个国家或地区的燃烧性技术法规体系互有差异,我国在这方面法规体系的内容过于单一,应尽快修订,与国际接轨。
The technical regulations of flammability for home textiles in China, USA, Japan, Canada and European Union were introduced and compared, such as FFA （ Flammable Fabrics Act）, 16 CFR part 1630 （Standard for the Surface Flammability of Carpets）, 16 CFR part 1632 （Standard for the flammability of mattresses and mattress pads） etc. from the USA; Fire Fighting Law from Japan; regulations of the usage of flame retardant from European Union; CHPA （Canada Hazardous Products Act） from Canada; as well as GB17591-1998 （Flame Retardant Woven Fabric） from China etc. The research showed that the technical regulations of flammability of various countries and areas were different from each other. The difference among them is important to guide the China home textiles to trade with other countries.
