This paper has discussed the technical details about realizing the HLA federate member code generation tool based on XSLT, describing the design of the HLA federate member code framework based on the MVC model and the design of the templates for HLA federate member code generation and the realization of the HLA federate member code generation function based on the XSLT processor. All in this paper presents,a truth that the HLA federate member code generation tool is easily realized and maintained and costs little based on XSLT.
