Macromolecule Simulation Computation Grid has provided molecular simulation software, computation resources and information sharing platform for the complex material researcher. A module of grid job management has been designed and realized, it can submit, dispatch and monitor job, and has provided a transparent grid resources using method for the user. This module has been successly deployed to Macromolecule Simulation Compution Grid system, and result revealed that, the job management provides the better of service for the grid user, has realized to the grid resources optimized use.
