摘要
多学科ＴｅａｍＷｏｒｋ是并行工程应用、产品并行开发与设计的基础和关键。对产品并行开发和设计内容的讨论与研究，明确了并行设计的学科ＴｅａｍＷｏｒｋ定义，并提出了并行开发对多学科ＴｅａｍＷｏｒｋ的组织目标要求；针对这些目标要求，基于约束分析与管理网络等模型。
Multi-discipline Team Work is the key and foundation of concurrent engineering application,product concurrent development and design.The features of concurrent design are shown by studying the context of product concurrent development and design.The definition of multi-discipline Team Work is given and its organization objectives are proposed. Based on the model of constraint analysis and management network, etc,the structure of multi-discipline Team Work organization is propoSed,which meets the organization demands.
