摘要
通过三步法合成了马来酸单十二胺丙基磺酸钠可聚合表面活性剂。首先用马来酸酐和十二烷基伯胺开环生成马来酸单十二胺,再用氢氧化钠中和成钠盐,最后用丙磺酸内酯做磺化剂生成磺酸钠盐。用正交设计试验确定了较佳工艺条件:当马来酸单十二胺钠盐和1,3-丙磺酸内酯摩尔比为1.0∶1.1,用乙醇为溶剂于65℃反应4 h,产率达到79.28%。用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并测定了其表面活性和乳化力。结果表明:该表面活性剂具有良好的表面活性,其cmc为0.42 mmol.L-1,最低表面张力为31.16 mN.m-1,并具有很好的乳化能力。
The polymerizable surfactant of sodium maleic monododecylamide propylsulfonate was synthesized in three steps. The process started from the reaction of maleic anhydride and dodecylanline with dimethylaminopyridine as catalyst, followed by neutralization with sodium hydroxide, and sulfonation with 1, 3 - propane suhone. The optimal process conditions found out from the orthogonal experimental data were as follows: reaction temperature 65 ℃ for 4 h with ethanol as solvent, at 1:1. 1 mole ratio of sodium maleie monododecylamide and 1, 3 - propane suhone, the yield can achieve 79.28%. The structure was characterized by IR spectrum. Surface activity and the emulsification properties of the product were investigated. The results showed that this surfactant has excellent surface activities. The lowest surface tension is 31.16 mN·m^-1 and cmc is 0.42 mmol·L^-1. It also displays good emulsifying power.
