摘要 生物柴油是一种可再生的液体清洁燃料,具有优良的特性。当前生物柴油的原料主要来自动植物油脂,但其成本偏高。微生物油脂是无限再生的资源,发酵周期短,不受场地、季节、气候变化等的影响,易于工业化生产,开发潜力很大。文中从产油微生物的种类、代谢途径及生物柴油的工艺流程等方面介绍了生物柴油及其相关微生物技术研究进展。指出了微生物转化技术所带来的相应问题,并展望了其应用前景。 Biodiesel oil is a cleanly reproducible resource of fuel. It is provided with good speciality. At present, the raw materials of biodiesel oil are mostly from Vegetable and animal oil,but they are high expensive. The sources of microbial lipids are boundless renewable material. There is shorter ferment period. It is not influenced by field, season,abnormal weather and is prone to a series of industrial manufacture. Therefore, microbial lipids are considered as potential oil resource. Summarized here are lipid metabolic regulation mechanism and the main ways of pro- duction of biodiesel. The problems existed in the microtransformation technology are pointed out. The prospect of the microtransformation technology was also prodicted.
