摘要
现代意义的土地整理在我国是新生事物，作为土地管理的重要内容以及实现耕地总量动态平衡战略目标的主要手段，需要多方面、深层次地研究与分析。基于土地整理是一项自然与社会相耦合的复杂工程，探讨了土地整理的系统结构及其分类，并尝试给出土地整理系统决策方法。
Lang consolidation with the modern times signficance is a neonatal business in our ootmtry. Being the important content of land management and main means of realizing the strategic object of dynamic equilibrium of gross cultivated land, land consolidation should be studied and analyzed from more aspects. This paper discusses its system structure and classification, basing on that land consolidation is a complicated project coupled with society and nature, and presents the decision-making method of land arrangement system.
