摘要
采用层次分析法原理建立了建筑工程质量评优的层次模型，并用专家打分法的方式来解决质量评定模型中各个因素的衔接问题，提出了建立在层次分析法进行工程质量评定的基础上计算综合评价值的方法，以供有关部门制定评价办法时参考借鉴。
The article sets hierarchical model of quality assessment in construction engineering by using analytical hierarchy process, solves the problem of each factor＇ s connection in quality assessing model by Delphi method, and proposes the method to calculate composite assessing value on the basis of quality assessment by AHP, which to offer a reference for relevant department to set assessing method.
