摘要
根据房地产开发项目的特点，提出了房地产项目环境影响评价中存在的问题，阐述了该项目施工期、运行期分别对环境产生的不良影响，以及减缓该不利影响的措施，最后总结了房地产开发项目环境影响评价还须进一步探讨的问题。
On the base of the characteristics of real estate exploitation this article analyzed the existent problems in environmental impact assessment about general type of construction projects; described the bad environmental impact caused by the construction and run time. Put forward the measures to prevent the pollution. At last, it summarized the problems should be discussed.
