摘要
论述了我国建筑企业项目成本管理的必要性、方法及内容,从成本预测、成本控制、降低成本三方面阐述了工程项目管理的有效途径,以取得最大的经济效益,实现成本与效益的对立统一,确保实现工程项目的根本目的。
The paper discusses the necessity, method and content of item cost management of building enterprise in our country, illustrates the effective methods to do project management from cost prediction, cost control, and cost cutting, in order to get maximum economic benefits, to achieve the unity of opposites between cost and benefit and to ensure the implement of project.
