摘要
论述了建设项目工程造价控制的意义，从工程项目的决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段三方面介绍了控制工程造价的具体措施，以取得最佳经济效益和社会效益，加速经济的发展。
Meanings of engineering cost control for building project is discussed. From three aspects： the cost control in decision phase, design phase and construction phase practical measures are introduced for engineering cost control in order to realize optimum economic and social bertefit to speed up economic development.
