摘要
针对近年来建设工程项目超概算的问题，对工程超概算的主要原因从不同角度进行了分析，并提出控制概预算超支的相关建议和解决措施，供从业人员参考借鉴。
In light of the problem of excessive budgetary estimate of construction project in recent years, the author analyzes its main causes from different angles, and proposes relevant suggestions and solutions to control over expenditure of budgetary estimate, which to offer a reference for employees.
