从建立完善的成本控制体系、实行全过程控制、加强财务与核算管理三方面阐述了施工项目成本控制体系的设想，并从人工费、材料费、机械费的控制对施工项目的成本控制方法进行了分析，提出了降低工程成本的方法和措施，以提高经济效益。

From three aspects： building perfect cost control system, carrying out whole procedure control and strengthening financial and accounting management idea is proposed for cost control system building of construction project. Practical cost control methods are from control of labor cost, material cost and operation cost of machinery in order to increase economic benefits.
