中西医结合治疗慢性输卵管炎性阻塞的临床研究

本文将４０例慢性输卵管炎性阻塞患者随机分组。其中治疗组２２例，对照组１８例。治疗组采取化瘀消、清热解毒通络中药内服、外治，配合西药经宫腔、输卵管入药局部治疗，对照组只单纯进行西药输卵管局部治疗。结果中西医结合组有效率为９０．３％，妊娠率为６３．６％；单纯西药组有效率为５０％，妊娠率为２７．８％。两组疗效对比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。研究表明：中西医结合治疗慢性输卵管炎性阻塞疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Forty cases with chronic inflammatory obstruction of fallopian tube were allocated randomly to treatment group (22 cases) and control group (18 cases). The treatment group was treated by oral administration of herbal medicine and local application of western medicine to the fallopian tube via uterine cavity, and the control group only by local application of western medicine. The results showed that the effective rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were 90.3% and 63.6% respectively and those in the control group 50.0% and 27.8% respectively. It is indicated that the effect of combined use of traditional and western medicine is better than that of western medicine alone.
