常熟地倾斜观测突跳的深入分析

Thorough analysis of catastrophic jump ground tilt at Changshu Seismic Station

通过对常熟SQ-70石英丝倾斜仪1996-2005年NS向观测出现的几次显著突跳事件进行深入分析，对地震预报实践中给出的判定意见进行了回顾和反思，同时讨论了该仪器年变幅和M2波潮汐因子的变化，对今后的日常地震预报有较好的参考价值。

By deeply analyzing the several catastrophic jump in the records of NS channel of the SQ 70 quartz fibre tiltmeter in Changshu during 1996 to 2005, we reviewed and rethought the judgement opinion in the past we had given among the earthquake prediction practice. Meanwhile, we also discussed the amplitude per year of the apparatus and the variation of the M2 wave tidal factor, it is fairly worth of consulting in daily earthquake prediction in the future.
