摘要
本文分析了并行工程环境下产品开发的组织结构特点，以产品开发初期产品类的设计与资源的战略管理的并行工程为内容，建立基于并行工程的产品概念性开发初步设计的流程图并给出对应的Ｐｅｔｒｉ网模型．
This paper analyses characteristics of product development organiztion structurebased on oncurrent engineering. And the flow chart of product conceptual design and its Petri-Netmodel are given cording to the design process in the beginning of product development and the resource management.
