现代竞技器材装备研发的组织运作类型

On Organization and Operation Types of the Research and Development of Modern Competitive Sport Equipments

通过文献资料、论证分析等方法,对现代竞技器材装备研发状况进行了研究。研究认为竞技前程装备研发的组织运作有三种类型:企业运作型、研究所运作型和管理部门运作型。对各运作类型中一些具有代表性的研发运作单位的运作方式进行了研究,并对各运作类型的优势和局限性进行了分析,对我国竞技器材装备研发运作系统的完善提出了建议。

By way of such research methods as documentary and analysis, research on the status quo of modem competitive sport equipments was cotxiucted. It has been suggested that orgaoization and operation of the research and development of modem competitive sport equipments consists of three types： enterprise-oriented, research institute-orlented and administration sections-oriented. Study also has been conducted on operation approaches of representative development institutions in the different operation types. Strength and weakness of different types has been analyzed, based on suggestions which have been put forward on how to perfect operation system of sport equipment development in China.
