摘要
提出了一种基于灰色相对关联度和层次分析法基础上的多层次综合评判模型，较好地处理了各评估指标间的不可公度性和矛盾性，并将该方法应用于杭州市农业综合生产力的评估中。
In this paper, a model of multi-hierarchical appraisal that combines gray relativerelation grade appraisal method with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was put forward. As an example, the model was used to evaluate the agricultural comprehensive productive force ofHangzhou city, and the results were satisfactory.
