摘要
概述了溶胶-凝胶法及其制备纳米TiO2粉体的基本原理。着重介绍了金属有机物水解聚合凝胶的原理,纳米TiO2粉体的制备方法,加水量、反应温度、pH值、搅拌速度、煅烧时间等影响因素和紫外线催化、超临界流体干燥法等新型改进的制备方法。
This paper introduces the principle of sol-gel method and its applications in preparation of TiO2 nanoparticles, It describes the principle of hydrolyzation polymerization of organometallic compounds, preparation of nanoTiO2 powder, some influencing factors such as water adding quantity, reaction temperature, pH, whisk speed, time length of calcining and some improving methods like ultraviolet light assisted sol-gel process and super- critical fluid drying.
