摘要
观察废水pH值、搅拌时间、壳聚糖投加量、沉降时间对絮凝效果的影响,通过正交实验确定优化处理条件。对高浓度味精废水进行混凝预处理研究表明,当pH值为5.3,搅拌时间为10 min,壳聚糖浓度为2 700 mg/L,沉降时间为48 h时,絮凝效果最佳,COD去除率达76.0%。
The effects of pH, stirring time, the amount of chitosan added, and settling time on flocculation efficiencies were investigated. The optimum treatment conditions were determined via orthogonal experiment. The results show that the optimum condition is pH 5.3, stirring time 10min, the amount of chitosan 2700mg/L, and settling time 48h, when the removal rate of COD is 76.0 % .
