摘要
国产织机多以机械式送经为主,难以满足高速化、高精度织造的要求。电子送经是以经纱的张力恒定为主要控制手段以实现成布纬密均匀的目标,这是提高织机档次的关键技术。织机的传动系统较复杂,各运动机构的相互影响较强,这给电子送经系统的设计带来一些困难。本文分析了送经系统的特点,介绍了一种按照输入补偿的复合控制方法设计的电子送经装置,采用的控制算法简单、参数整定方便,在进口原型机上实现了送经系统的功能,达到了原有的性能。
Electronic let- off is key technology for loom to achieve high -speed, precision -control. Homemade loom mostly equip mechanical let - off device, because design of electronic let - off device is a difficult task due to complicated drive of loom and coupling between motion mechanisms of loom. An electronic let - off device is introduced in this paper. It is designed through complex control method based on input compensation. Control algorithm and parameter adjusting adopted in the design are very easy. The equivalent performances are achieved on an import loom.
