摘要
研究了测定食品中微量甜蜜素的毛细管柱气相色谱ECD分析方法。结果显示，该法的线性范围是0．01～10．0μg／mL，最低检出限为0.05μg／g，回收率为93.0％～104．0％。
The determination of cyclamate in food by capillary column gas chromatography with electrical capture detector（ECD）is studied, It shows that the linear range of the method is 0.01 - 10. 0 μg/mL, the lowest detection concentration is 0.05 μg/g and the recovery rate is 94. 4% - 97.3%.
