利培酮口服液与奥氮平片治疗精神分裂症的成本-效果分析

Risperidone Oral Solution and Olanzapine Tablets in the Treatment of Schizophrenia:Cost-effectiveness Analysis

目的:评价利培酮口服液与奥氮平片治疗精神分裂症的成本-效果。方法:将60例精神分裂症患者随机均分为A组和B组,分别给予利培酮口服液与奥氮平片治疗,以阳性与阴性症状群量表(PANSS)评分减少量来评价疗效,并进行成本-效果分析。结果:A、B组人均成本分别为4263.93、6645.61元;PANSS评分减少量分别为(23.51±9.06)、(18.06±8.53);成本-效果比分别为181.40、368.00元;B组相对于A组的增量成本-效果比为—437.00元。结论:治疗精神分裂症利培酮口服液是较为经济的药物,且治疗依从性更好。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the cost- effectiveness of risperidone oral solution and olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia,METHODS： A total of 60 schizophrenia patients were enrolled and randomly assigned to receive risperidone oral solution（group A）and olanzapine tablets（group B） .The curative effects were evaluated based on the reduction of scores determined by positive and negative syndrome scale（PANSS）.Then the cost- effectiveness analysis was performed.RESULTS： The per capita costs for risperidone oral solution and olanzapine were 4 263.93 yuan and 6 645.61 yuan respectively;The reduction in PANSS scores were（23.51 ± 9.06） and（ 18.06 ± 8.53） respectively; The respective cost- effect ratio was 181.40 yuan and 368.00 yuan; The incremental cost- effectiveness ratio of group B was-437.00 yuan as against group A.CONCLUSION： Risperidone oral solution is more economical than olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia,and it had better compliance.
