某院外用制剂临床用药分析

目的:了解外用制剂临床应用情况及剂型结构。方法:对某“三甲”医院2004年外用制剂用药数据进行分析。结果:软膏剂、贴剂、栓剂3个剂型用量占外用制剂总用量82%以上,其销售金额占外用制剂总销售金额70%;用量排前15位品种用量共计占外用制剂总用量的68.20%,销售金额排前15位品种销售金额共计占外用制剂总销售金额的56.62%;维生素E霜用量很大且销售金额排第1;皮肤科、外科外用制剂以止血类、护肤类、活络止痛类3类为主体,妇科栓剂用量占妇科外用制剂总用量的67%。结论:外用制剂剂型多样,应用范围广。药师要当好患者用药参谋。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the clinical application of preparations for external use and the dosage forms.METHODS.Data concerning the medication of external preparations in 2004 in a ＂Three-A＂ hospital were analyzed.RESULTS：Of the total external preparations, the total consumption of ointment, patches and suppositories accounted for over 82% and 70% respectively in quantity and amount of money;The consumption of the top 15 varieties lotaled 68.20% and 56.62% resp eetively in quantity and amount of money.Leadlng the list of consumption sum was vitamin E cream.The top 3 external preparations used in divisions of dermatology and surgery were anastaltics, skin protection drugs and drugs that activate collaterals to relieve pain, the consumption of gynecological suppositories accounted for 67% of the total gynecological consumption of external preparations.CONCLUSIONS： External preparations are characterized by a diversified dosage forms and wide application;therefore,pharmacists should act as a qualified advisor in rational use of drugs in patients.
