高效液相色谱法测定安胃胶囊中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Compound Anwei Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定安胃胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为ODSC18,流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(15∶85∶1),检测波长为230nm,流速为0.8ml/min。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.1μg～1.0μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.5%(RSD=2.01%,n=6)。结论:本方法重现性好、简便易行,可用于安胃胶囊的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE： To determine the content of paeoniflorin in anwei capsule by HPLC. METHODS： Paeoniflorin was separated on ODS- C18,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-H3PO4（15 ： 85 ： 1）at a flow rate of 0.8ml/min, the detective wavelength was 230nm. RESULTS： The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 0.1μg-1.0μg （r = 0.9 999）, and the recovery rate was 99.5% （RSD = 2.01%, n = 6） . CONCLUSION： The method is reproducible, easy and simple, and suitable for the quality control of anwei capsule.
