摘要
针对水利基本建设财务管理工作存在的主要问题,提出明确财务管理工作应承担的责任;充分认识财务人员参与决策的重要性和会计核算责任;加强水利基建投资体制改革,合理确定投资方向和规模;加强培训,提高财务人员业务水平;加强对会计信息的收集分析,为投资决策提供依据等解决问题的对策。
The main problems concerning the financial management of capital construction of water resources are put forward.Some countermeasures are presented: the determination of responsibility of the financial management,fully understanding of the importance of financial members to take part in decision making,understanding the responsibility of accounting,strengthening investment system reform of capital construction of water resources,strengthening the collection and analysis of accounting information,etc.
