分析了当前高校图书馆电子资源开发利用的现状及存在的问题,提出高校图书馆电子资源建设的一些新举措。

This paper analyzes on the present situation of and problems existing in the current development and utilization of the electronic resource of university library, and advances some new measures for the construction of the electronic resource of university library.
