Improving the Psychological Quality of Librarian Is the Base of Constructing the Harmonious Campus

构建和谐校园是建设和谐社会的重要组成部分,而图书馆和谐的育人氛围是建设和谐校园的一个重要因素。分析了影响图书馆员心理健康的因素,提出了图书馆员在构建和谐校园中应具备的心理素质,指出了提高馆员素质中领导者应注意的事项。

Constructing the harmonious campus is an important component of constructing the harmonious society, and thc harmonious educational atmosphere of the library is an important factor of constructing the harmonious campus. This paper analyzes on the factors influencing the psychological health of librarians, advances the psychological quality that the librarians should possess in the construction of harmonious campus, and points out some items needing leaders＇ attention in improving the quality of librarian.
