围绕宿豫区加快农村劳动力转移,从领导重视、抓青年学生培训及在乡农民培训3个方面探索了农村劳动力转移培训工作,为我国农村劳动力转移培训工作提供了有益的借鉴。

Around speeding up the transfer of rural labor power of Suyu District, this paper probes into the transferring and training work of rural labor power from three aspects of leaders＇ attention, young students＇ training and peasants＇ training, which provides some useful references for the transferrng and training work of Chinese rural labor power.
