阐述了国内外公众参与的概况,指出了目前我国公众参与存在的问题,提出了在规划管理中完善公众参与的措施与建议。
This paper expounds the general situation of the public participation at home and abroad, points out some problems existing in the public participation in our country currently, and puts forward some measures and suggestions on perfecting the public participation in the planning management.
