我国要促使集装箱各种集疏运方式向合理的方向发展,应当认清并充分发挥铁路与内河运输各自的优势,从鹿特丹和汉堡港等国外主要港口的发展经验中总结经验,结合各港口自身的区位条件,充分考虑未来腹地的发展,建设基础设施,完善相关政策,使各运输方式各尽其能,形成高效率、低能耗、污染少的集装箱集疏运体系。

In order to form container collection and dredge system with high efficiency, low energy consumption and little pollution, we need to summarize experience from the harbor development of Rotterdam and Hamburg in abroad and so on, combine each harbor＇s condition, fully consider the development of hinterland in the future, build basic facilities, improve relevant policies and each transportation manner works according oits ability.
