胸腹主动脉瘤腔内治疗的发展与现状 被引量:3

摘要 胸腹主动脉瘤是一种凶险的血管疾病,传统手术操作复杂、难度大、死亡率和并发症发生率高,为提高手术的治疗效果,已有应用腔内技术治疗胸腹主动脉瘤。文中简要介绍胸腹主动脉瘤腔内治疗的现状,包括腔内治疗适应证、禁忌证、手术方法和结果,以及术后截瘫等并发症的研究现状。
