摘要
基于1553B总线的导弹模拟器由工控机、1553B通信卡、离散量输入卡、离散量信号隔离转换板、机弹电气接口及电缆等组成。系统软件分模拟挂飞、通讯测试及离散量测试模块。模拟挂飞模块模拟导弹挂飞时与载机间交联的信号及其时序。通信测试模块测试远程终端导弹模拟器与载机通路是否正常、收发数据是否正确。离散量信号测试模块完成离散量信号和离散量输入卡的自动测试。
The missile simulator based on 1553B consists of industrial control machine, 1553B card, discrete magnitude input card, discrete magnitude signal isolation transformation board, machine-bullet electric interface and cable. The system software includes flight simulation module, communication test module and discrete magnitude test module. The flight simulation module simulated the signal and time sequence between missile flight and plane. The communication test module tested the cable and data between long-distance terminal missile simulator and plane. The discrete magnitude signal test module realized the auto test for discrete magnitude signal and discrete magnitude input card.
