摘要
视觉检测系统中,光源照明采用背面和正面(含倾斜)照明。影响照明质量因素有光源波长、发光点分布及性能等。根据某航弹全弹装配生产线需要,视觉检测系统光源波长的波动范围在10nm以内,采用一个光源同时实现全弹长、引信与弹体结合部间隙及径向跳动偏差3个技术指标检测的倾斜照明方案。其中全弹长和径向跳动为一组,间隙为另组。
In visual detection system, the lamp-house illumination adopted back and face (includes incline) illumination. The factors influence the illumination quality in visual detection system is the lamp-house wavelength, radiation point locations and the performance of lamp-house. According to the needs of certain aero-mission assembling line, the wavelength of lamp-house fluctuated under 10nm, and adopted the single lamp-house to realize the incline illumination method which includes the aero-missile span, clearance in junction between fuse and bomb and radial jumping windage. The aero-missile span and radial jumping windage is one group and the clearance is the other.
