The Induced Factor and Preventive Treatment of Post Dural Puncture Headache

摘要 硬脊膜穿通后头痛(postduralpunctureheadache,PDPH)不仅增加了病人痛苦,而且常伴发视力障碍、颅神经麻痹等。本文仅就PDPH的诱发因素及相关治疗护理问题进行综述。 Post dural puncture headache （PDPH） not only can increase patients＇pain, but also accompanying with visual disorder, cranial palsy etc. In this paper, PDPH induced factor and its related nursing problems were summaried.
