摘要
对华东电网(含省、市电网)“十一五”二次系统规划进行了较全面的技术述评,就规划的具体目标、应用的技术体系、资源优化配置、安全防范的规范化等进行了全面的分析,对下一步的规划研究提出了具体建议。
