摘要
通过国内第一个竣工的2×600 MW火电机组脱硫工程,实例介绍了采用喷淋塔工艺的石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫装置试运期间遇到的管道设备内浆液堵塞的问题,从设计角度(例如建议石灰石浆液箱上的敞口滤网在以后的设计中应必备)结合安装、运行方面的对策讨论了治理措施。
Taking the first desulphurization project for 2×600 MW coal-fired units in China as an example, the problem of slurry plugging in ducts during commissioning of the limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization system with a spray tower in winter is discussed. Countermeasures are proposed in the aspects of design, installation, and operation.
