摘要
阐述了淤泥的工程特性,指出资源化处理的可行途径,并着重介绍了目前国内外常用的3类处理技术(即物理脱水固结、高温烧结和化学固化)及其各自存在的优缺点。提出淤泥的资源化技术应根据淤泥组份、污染程度、待处理淤泥量、处理后的应用目的、污控标准等,并结合当地的经济条件,因地制宜,采取经济有效的、合理的固化处理技术。废弃淤泥资源化的处置和利用既可节约资源,又可保护环境,将成为一个符合我国可持续发展战略的新兴产业。
This paper presents the engineering properties of dredged sediment and pints out the social need for reuse of dredged sediment and its feasibility. Then, this paper presents three major solidification methods (i.e.de-watering, siutering and chemical solidification) and their advantages and shortcomings. Thereafter, this paper suggests that the applicability of the above treatment methods depends on components and quantity of dredged sediment, engineering application, degree of contamination, requirement for decontamination, local social need and economic condition and so on. Different treatment methods can be adopted in a specific region according to their applicability respectively. The solidification of dredged sediment and its engineering application will become a promising industry in the current society calling for a sustainable development.
